The impact you made on me in 1986 when I first had the honor of your instructing a CRS course was massive. You took a class of about 150 people and in a couple of days, every single person left knowing they had a friend in you. Over the years we have seen each other and spoken on the phone and every time you made me feel like I was an important part of your life.
I certainly hope you know that you are an important part of my life too!

He created a family out of a group of agents spread throughout North America. The “father” of this group, Howard, was the only person who could have made it all work. I’ll NEVER forget attending a seminar in the early 90’s where you had a panel of StarPower Stars answering questions about how they got where they did. And then you turned to the audience–I felt like you were looking straight at me–and told us to write down our income goal for the next year. And then of course–thousands of people now know exactly what comes next–you got that expression on your face that we all love and screamed, “Now DOUBLE IT!”
So I did and I did. I became a whole-hearted devotee of you, joined StarPower, eventually was interviewed by you, attended one of the early conferences in Aspen, made life-long friends and got to know people in real estate across the country for whom I have the greatest respect and admiration.
None of this would have been possible without you, Howard. And recently Karla and I have had the added and endless joy of getting to see you and Babs personally.
You were the perfect person for the job you created: motivator to the entire real estate profession. Your challenge to us to be better than we ever imagined was strengthened by your humor and humility. We are better professionals and, more important, better people for knowing you. You and your message will be a legacy that cannot be excelled, only strived toward, in the future.

You have been such a huge presence in my life. When I was at my lowest, newly divorce with $2000 to my name (in reality it was owed to someone), I scraped up the money to come to Star Power in Naples. My life has never been the same and I have never looked back. I went from $6mil sold to $12 mil the next year and upward from there.
I am one of those sponges you talk about that listens and goes home and impliments. Your ability to get Realtors to talk openly about their success and failures has been inspiring. Your ability to do this with humor and obvious love of the game is the iceing on the cake.

On October 4th, I found out that someone dear to Joe and I is battling bone cancer and his recent prognosis is not good. Howard, know that our prayers are with you and your family during this time. You have taught me so much in the past 12 years of following you on Star Power. I believe that I am still standing from all the nonsense in real estate from the knowledge I gained from you, sir. I remember as a Patterson Schwartz agent hearing you for the 1st time at one of our meetings and you said, once you look at your real estate as your business you will see your business change. It has. Thanks for all your knowledge, wisdom, your sense of humor. Thank for the great people you introduced us to and your quick wit. The Daniels Team of Delaware love you Howard and pray for you.
I invite all to pray this prayer for Howard.
..Father, we praise you Lord God. We bless you. You are awesome Lord. For you are always with us. Thank you for bringing to our paths saints to guide us and be with us along this walk. Father, I bring before you now, Howard Brinton just such an angel as I spoke of. You have blessed Joe, myself and thousands of others with this man. Yes, he is awnry, a twinkle in his eye always. I’ll NEVER forget attending a seminar in the early 90’s where you had a panel of StarPower Stars answering questions about how they got where they did. And then you turned to the audience–I felt like you were looking straight at me–and told us to write down our income goal for the next year. And then of course–thousands of people now know exactly what comes next–you got that expression on your face that we all love and screamed, “Now DOUBLE IT!”
So I did and I did. I became a whole-hearted devotee of you, joined StarPower, eventually was interviewed by you, attended one of the early conferences in Aspen, made life-long friends and got to know people in real estate across the country for whom I have the greatest respect and admiration.
None of this would have been possible without you, Howard. And recently Karla and I have had the added and endless joy of getting to see you and Babs personally.
You were the perfect person for the job you created: motivator to the entire real estate profession. Your challenge to us to be better than we ever imagined was strengthened by your humor and humility. We are better professionals and, more important, better people for knowing you. You and your message will be a legacy that cannot be excelled, only strived toward, in the future.

You have been such a huge presence in my life. When I was at my lowest, newly divorce with $2000 to my name (in reality it was owed to someone), I scraped up the money to come to Star Power in Naples. My life has never been the same and I have never looked back. I went from $6mil sold to $12 mil the next year and upward from there.
I am one of those sponges you talk about that listens and goes home and impliments. Your ability to get Realtors to talk openly about their success and failures has been inspiring. Your ability to do this with humor and obvious love of the game is the iceing on the cake.

On October 4th, I found out that someone dear to Joe and I is battling bone cancer and his recent prognosis is not good. Howard, know that our prayers are with you and your family during this time. You have taught me so much in the past 12 years of following you on Star Power. I believe that I am still standing from all the nonsense in real estate from the knowledge I gained from you, sir. I remember as a Patterson Schwartz agent hearing you for the 1st time at one of our meetings and you said, once you look at your real estate as your business you will see your business change. It has. Thanks for all your knowledge, wisdom, your sense of humor. Thank for the great people you introduced us to and your quick wit. The Daniels Team of Delaware love you Howard and pray for you.
I invite all to pray this prayer for Howard.
..Father, we praise you Lord God. We bless you. You are awesome Lord. For you are always with us. Thank you for bringing to our paths saints to guide us and be with us along this walk. Father, I bring before you now, Howard Brinton just such an angel as I spoke of. You have blessed Joe, myself and thousands of others with this man. Yes, he is awnry, a twinkle in his eye always.
