I’m not one of your huge stars in terms of transactions, Howard. However, you are without a doubt, one of my brightest stars! You have been since that week of GRI in 1988 when you and Del Bain taught Nate Martinez (a construction worker) and I in Tucson, AZ.

I have NEVER seen anyone since that time put EVERYTHING they had into their presentations. We saw your passion that week right down to the bottom of your heart beyond to the bottom of your feet . That has all been proven true the past twenty plus years as you went on to found and build StarPower into the legendary training ground for residential REALTORS.

You are the brightest real estate training star in the world, Howard. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I’ve thrown most of them back over the years but, Howard, you are a “KEEPER”.
