You are, without a doubt, one of the funniest people I have ever met and I thank you for that. People always said that you and I were competitors, but I never felt that way. We’ve just been two guys who were working hard to improve the lives of other people … in this case, real estate agents. The good news is your contribution to the many individuals that you worked with will live on forever, and the better news is the work that you have started and continued will continue forever. My only regret is that we didn’t spend more time together when we had the opportunity; but I know that every time I think of the name Howard Brinton, I will have a smile on my face as will the thousands of others that you’ve touched.
